Decent sound, comfortable
Bought this set of AKG 72 to replace a (now discontinued) set of AKG k44, which had stopped working after 4.5 years of regular use. Sound quality wise they are very similar. The main difference seems to be the ear cups are much larger on the 72. Still reasonably comfortable to use for hours at a time.

The over ear pieces seem too low and I am constantly hitching them up. They feel very loose.I thought the lower head band was adjustable but it appears it is not. Sound is good though.
