Snails are tricky to send via post and I do appreciate that.
The snails came via2nd class in a plastic bag with very little protection. Upon opening I could tell straight away the pond snails had died by the smell. Out of the free snails a couple of those had died too. Seller was unhelpful4 days later seller expected dead snails to be returned at my expense.Had to open a case to get money back.

Unfortunately, I cannot control the delivery process, and in very rare cases, packages arrive damaged. In these instances, the buyer always receives a refund. But I am very pleased that 99% of my customers receive their snails alive and well. However, your complaint has been addressed, and you have received a full refund. I regret that you left a negative review, but I believe it is fair. I would have done the same in your situation.

It's sad to hear that the fish enjoyed snacking on all the snails. However, it's nature, and fish do love to eat snails and anything that fits into their mouths. I believe the fish are happy. Avoid such a situation in the future, you can breed snails separately from the fish. Also, if your fish love snails so much, I have snails with thin shells available for sale, which are used to feed fish. In nature, snails are part of the fish's diet and provide beneficial nutrition protein and vitamin D3.

Excellent, very well packaged with a heat pak and all alive and well. Great comms, Post took two days without tracking and not special delivery as the postage costs allures to so you are paying double the price of delivery.

Thank you for your feedback. I would like to clarify the delivery cost. The amount of £8.38 includes eBay taxes, specifically £1.2. Additionally, it covers packaging expenses: a sturdy plastic PET bottle (£0.5), pure oxygen (£1.25), which is necessary to ensure the fish arrives in good condition, as well as box and insulation (£1.40). Post service fee is £4.20. We also do not include the cost of re-shipping, as 99% of our fish are delivered in perfect condition.
