Speedy free postage & item as described. Item was delivered by Royal mail (RM) & unfortunately arrived with thick white substance on front & back of packaging-see photos. The mascara was unaffected & is very good. I do not own medical gloves so had to use anti viral wipes to wipe packaging & try to avoid the substance when opening the package. I informed the seller who said they would liaise with RM. The seller also gave me a refund although the mascara was unaffected. I would recommend seller.
