Trousers arrived, fell off me due to being a size 36" and not 34" as described. Contacted seller to inform them of the mis-sell and request a full refund. I received a bizarre response saying the seller is flawless at measuring because they have sold so much stuff. They were labelled 36", they measured 36" and I returned at my own cost and paid the cost for their mistake. The clothes this seller trades are actually pretty good, customer communications are truly appalling and embarrassing.
