First of all, we tried to explain that the order was given to the carrier within 48 working hours and then the products has been sent by standard shipping terms and were delivered to the customers within 3-9 days. He/she had a question about why the product came from Italy, even though our company was in Florida. We told him/her that, our company only operates in Florida. We do standard deliveries in 3 to 9 business days according to standard delivery terms from our warehouses in Italy and USA.
