Case was opened for non-delivery after 10 days. Seller added tracking details. Item received day after smashed due to inadequate packing. Sent seller photos but no reply for 2 days. Asked eBay to step in for refund under the buyer's guarantee - if item received broken then item is returnable for full refund. I did not order a broken candle! EBay say no refund due which breaches their own policy and section 45 of Consumer Rights Act 2015 (see photos). Poor service from both seller & eBay.
