Wrong item received, advertised as Humanscale M2.1 and 2.0 Hub but it was the previous generation. This was the opposite of what was shown on the pictures and description. I would have been content with a refund and not made a fuss when leaving feedback, but the seller hasn't replied to my messages since 20th March (seeking clarity on if they have the actual product in stock). Their only message was 'how do I know I have the wrong version?' Be wary I suppose, ask for actual photos of the product

As regard to product we did not realise there was another generation of the arm when we got them in and this will be rectified
