I ordered an item sold by this person and I paid it in full, including delivery. For the next five days I received no updates about delivery. Today, I wrote a message to the seller asking about the order. He offered me a poor excuse saying that the delivery company lost the parcel, then he cancelled my order. This kind of behaviour should not be tolerated on eBay.
