Bottles were just dropped into a bag , not packed properly - all liquid was oozing out , carton dissolving . Created a bug mess when I opened the package .. requested a refund straight away . No apologies, just : return it . Unwashed left with packaging up the messy bottles, finding a new box and sending it back . At least return label sent promptly. But I’d have expected a more polite reply for all my u upheaval .
