I have othe european shoes in 38.5, however, when these arrived, they fit like a size 36 & not 38.5. I am extremely disappointed in this seller as they did not state in the listing these boots run very small. Upon receipt of the boots, I messeged the seller that I needed to return the boots & they only offered me a credit to buy something else THEN suddently my return process was CLOSED. I messeged them again thinking it was an error..NO REPLY. What happended to purchase protection from EBAY?
