Item description said there were a pair of earings, only one delivered. Seller said it was an error on the description,bur failed to send another to make it right and was more interested in wanting a 5 star review than sending out another or refunding. I eventually was offered a 30% refund then a 50% refund but wanted a 5 star review first. I had to remind them it was their mistake and get assertive before they sent the refund.
