Firstly, I tried to communicate with Yodel but their delivery services are very poor. I tried to ship the product to the buyer and yet all the stores I went to said they wouldn't accept this package. I went online to see where they would accept it and Yodel's website was not working. Therefore, I had to refund this product because I had to purchase a bigger label and it was concluded it wouldn't work.
