You would think these were brand new. They were navy blue (Not black which I ordered) however they had "new" wrapping around the ears. Infact, they were so pristine that the money I saved from not buying these "brand new" - I ended up getting a nice quality hard shell protective case, to keep these beauties safe on those commutes. Speedy delivery too, (other than a royal mail mis-scan mis-hap, no fault of the seller) but seriously Anker, thanks A* seller and keep up the good work.

Unfortunately these headphones arrived faulty with no sound from left hand side out of the box. Support was prompt and helpful. However there was no local fix possible. Seller accepted return and refunded quickly. The only criticism is that original packing was poor with product box floating loose inside another box with no void fill to cushion the product. Also , I asked on two occasions to receive a replacement this ddi not happen and now the price has been hiked for some reason.
