Unfortunately when the temperatures arrived it was damaged, probably during delivery. For the price charged, it was a very nice item. I immediately contacted the seller for an exchange or refund and they responded within an hour asking for me to return it free of charge. 2 days later the item had been returned and a refund given. Shame I didn't get the item as it was what I was looking for, but 5* service received from seller. Many thanks
