I immediately contacted the seller for an exchange or refund and they responded within an hour asking for me to return it free of charge. 2 days later the item had been returned and a refund given. Shame I didn't get the item as it was what I was looking for, but 5* service received from seller. Many thanks

Great Item with Long Flex
This iron does an amazing job even on linen, it also has a very long flex which I like. Some people might find it a little heavy but it suits me. Am very pleased with my purchase and would recommend this product.
