I bought 3 pots of Smoothing Mask, they apparently were sent to wrong address. I reported it and received a refund for 2 pots minus £6.59. Made another report to Ebay about this, seller then says...send me the order number because I complained. Going on to their site...no surprises, they state....all sold out! of everything! Con merchants all of them. Never should anyone buy from them, you will not receive your goods or a full refund either.

Item arrived very quickly, delivered from Amazon warehouse in a used condition with some scratches and small dents in a not totally sealed box. Item was listed as NEW on eBay and I paid the same price as a new one on Amazon (not warehouse) However that said it did arrive quickly and the dent's are annoying, but it's easier to keep it than faff about sending it back as it's a very large cumbersome thing to post. Please just be honest when listing future things on eBay. Shame
