The seller was very nice and would do business with again.
Only downside is the definition of factory unlocked phone where the phone was never ever locked to a carrier.
It’s ok. Seller was very nice and responded quickly.
The phone arrived in amazing packaging, pristine condition and even looked brand new! Was still in the plastic wrap.
Thank you for your help and this phone would be perfect, if only I could remove the bloatware :(

Nothing happened as I agreed with the seller! I asked for a Samsung s10 plus 1tb with less than android 12. But that's not what I got. I received a Samsung s10 plus 1TB with Android 12 and the display was also damaged. Now he is not responding to my messages. Don't buy anything from him!!!!

Deliberately sold a defected item, after fully charging the S20 Ultra the screen stated to glitch and immediately went out. Upon reaching out to the seller, I requested a replacement as d they told me they can only refund me $20 and I want able to return the phone. I did not have the phone for over 12 hours before it started to glitch. And the seller told me to add 504 glue and rubber bands and he'll refund me $20 only. I had to involve ebay and put course eBay is the best and that was that.
