Sent us a defective product and offered us a return or exchange so we opted for an exchange which turned out to be a return anyway so what was the point. Maybe to waste even more of our time? So we'll repack it and ferry it to a post office. Not good.

This kid really need some help ,bless him. I immediately responded to his message even it was sure that he was lying about the product but was offered refund or replacement as he liked and he suggested replacement so quickly sent DHL prepaid label for return for the replacement as demanded.To my surprise he contacted eBay for return and left this negative feedback here .He probably expected it as a free gift anyway he’s blocked for further purchases .

Your feedback speaks for itself. Yes we contacted ebay in order to waste our time going to a post office instead of hiding your activity from ebay and wasting even more time finding a DHL place.
