Lovely bike. Great service.
I was happy to buy from BikeClub as I rent my children’s bikes from them and the service and products have always been excellent. Renting an adult bike didn’t really work for me as I won’t grow out of it which is why I wanted to buy one.
The bike received was as described and communication as excellent although sadly the courier didn’t treat the package as kindly as they could have which lead to a part being bent on arrival. This was quickly rectified.

Recently ordered a refurbished Frog bike. The positive feedback and video explaining what refurbished meant made me feel I’d be getting a better bike than if I bought off a private seller.
It arrived dirty, very scratched (to be expected) and it obviously hadn’t been refurbished- just put in a box.
I emailed customer service and we agreed a discount that I was happy with. My daughter loves the bike- I just felt I’d overpaid for a service I didn’t get. Customer service was good.
