Poor advertising, all about a chair but received a chair cover. Title, photos, all of a chair. Very misleading. Doesn't even sell the foam for the chair to purchase separately. Located in china so costs too much to return. Offered 50% refund and repeatedly lied about processing it. 4 times they told me to check for my refund and each time no refund. Given up trying to reach a resolution. Terrible service and seller. Avoid.
