    Guidelines for wellness

    Hulda Clark's books, which cover her intensive research of the body and it's relationship to illness through parasites and every day toxins is money well spent even if you or your family member or friend doesn't have cancer. She helps us to become aware of toxins in our everyday life and gives guidelines on how to avoid them and how to rid them from the body through herbal cleanses and natural recipes rather than depending on western medicine to cure us after the fact. Particularly, I'm helping a friend who has problems with gallstones and was advised by a medical doctor to get an operation. We have done the parasite cleanse and I found MANY parasites in my stools during the cleanse. We've just finished the kidney cleanse and will be doing the liver/gallbladder cleanse in a few days. ...
