I bought a dress from this seller listed as size UK 18. After paying, the seller messaged to say "Just wanted to confirm that the dress is a size 12 not 18 as stated in title. could you just confirm that this is still ok to send". I immediately messaged back and said no, do not send it because I am an 18 & it won't fit. The seller ignored 4 messages thereafter & marked it as despatched anyway. Only after I said I'd be sending it straight back upon receipt, I received a refund the next morning.

Genuine mistake not deliberate, listed with a similar title on the (Have one to sell?Sell it yourself page) and Didn't change garment size, . All measurements were correct on the item specifics page) andalso on the Item description from the seller page, I did contact the buyer beforehand to see if the item was still okay to post, I did purchase a delivery label shortly afterbuyer paid but cancelled the delivery upon buyers request to refund
