This item is very good quality for the price, it fits my Fenix 3HR perfectly.
It was posted with 2nd class mail, but the information I got from the vendor was inconsistent regarding Dispatch/Posting/Delivery. That said it did arrive on time and I think I should cut the vendor some slack here as it was very obvious that English was not their fist language. I would happily recommend the item, but maybe not the customer support so much.
