I ordered five minnows on the strength of the five star reviews, they arrived very well packed and clearly labelled for transit as 'Live animals" 24 hours after dispatch. Unfortunately, two had died and subsequently two more perished in my pond, much contrary to previous customer experience. I contacted the seller for advice, who felt that probable transit heat stress was the culprit, and I was fully refunded. So, a positive outcome overall, despite losing four out of five minnow's ordered.
