Very positive.
Excellent prompt delivery. These tablets are really helping with the leg cramp I've had in the past. It's a little early to tell yet as I've only been taking the tablets for a month, but so far so good, no cramp at all. After doing a bit of research it seems magnesium is very good for the body overall.

Why have a picture of cramp in a leg, then state is is for foot cramp?
The site does not say the recommended dose is 5 per day, therefore value is debatable. I would have to take them for more than a week to be able to rate their efficiency, so could not recommend them as yet.

Well worth a try
Short version: Was waking just in time to prevent full-blown night cramps. Was also “crampy” during the day. Decided to try these just in case they could help. Also started eating bananas (for the potassium). It seems possible that the tablets are indeed helping. Would have been foolish not to buy some more packets. Longer version: After about two days, I stopped taking these as recommended and just used before and/or after runs and at night if I felt crampy. The amount I take is less than the recommended dosage. This is so even though I may take 2 or 3 at night if I feel it may help. Have not woken with night-time twinges since starting with these/bananas. I don’t care what is working as long as I escape cramp. Great for cramp
Husband was getting constant cramp at night and was taking another brand of magnesium which was not really helping. Started this brand with the added B6 and huge difference within a week
