We always combine shipping when possible. The books purchased were huge hardbacks that cost £9.19 o send, with 85p for professional packaging that comes in at £10.04 total. you were charged £10.00. Proof of this was issued to you. So a negative feedback is unjustified.

i would not call a old used plastic bag professional packaging!! your listing says you combine postage but you don't, so sort out your listings. misleading buyers.
