Send me Faulty item, Inhad to lose £100 mechanic fee but parts didn't work. I contacted this seller but he didn't bother to reply at all. When I lodged claim for refund, he replied se day. Very Poor customer service, they only bother about money coming in, not bother to listen about the customer's loss. They miss-use eBay policy by selling faulty items. If your item is faulty, claim refund. Also get item tested before fitting because the seller will not pay mechanic fee.

This buyer claimed both sensors he purchased were faulty, I have never had a faulty sensor but he managed to have 2 ! I didn't reply to ! message as he demanded a refund without returning the items and made threats regarding negative feedback and more, he was offered a refund and a few days before the refund time had expired I noticed that the items were on the way back....parcel arrived with absolutely nothing in it.....impossible to prove...had to refund tho.... unbelievable !!!!!
