Took 11 days to arrive and was posted 9 days after purchase. Advertised as unused but both mugs were tea stained and took bleach & boiling water to clear. Bought for a birthday present which they arrived a week late for. Should be a negative rating but giving a neutral as seller offered a return which I really can’t be bothered with. Very disappointing transaction indeed.
