Overall the experience with this seller was excellent, I was expecting a lengthy wait given it was coming from Japan but it was delivered very quickly. The King Jim works perfectly and was well packaged, and is already helping me write with greater focus. Communication with the seller was superb as they let me know in advance of a break in their business period and when to expect it to be posted. The only thing I'd warn buyers is to be aware of the customs fees for international delivery.
