Seller notes: “This is a vintage mid-century c1950’s British “Smiths Enfield” chiming mantel clock. This is in ... “This is a vintage mid-century c1950’s British “Smiths Enfield” chiming mantel clock. This is in good condition and is in full working order. It has a beautiful dome topped oak body, which has a dark brown coloured finish with a darker visible grain and a soft subtle shine. There is damage to the right foot. The face is circular in shape with silver coloured metal chapter ring, black coloured numerals and silver coloured hands. The face is protected by a convex glass door with a chromed metal bezel. The glass is in excellent condition with no scratches, chips or cracks. To the rear is the door to the mechanism chamber. The door is intact and also in excellent condition. This chimes (on a coil) on the hour (chiming the numbers of hours) and on the half hour (once). This comes complete with its pendulum and key. The clock was cleaned and serviced on the 6th April 2024.”

The pendulum doesn't swing when I swing by my finger it stops within a couple of seconds and stops the clock and if i take the pendulum off the clock ticks but very fast . What should I do can you help me please.
