Received well packed. I read the instruction book first, and unpacking and configuring the wheelchair was easy enough. The instructions said the leg restraint would be in the rear pocket, but it was already fitted when received, and in the rear pocket was a "Tool Kit". There were replacement nuts and bolts and a couple of spanners that allowed adjustments to be made. The left-hand attendant brake needed adjustment to contact the wheel. The Allen Key doesn't fit the brake lever. Happy buyer!

Screen is exactly as described. Sadly the item arrived damaged, this was clearly down to the Courier, although an 8ft long box is not the easiest thing to carry around! However, I got straight onto the seller and he had a replacement shipped to me within a day. He was apologetic, even though he was not to blame and he made a negative experience into a positive one. The replacement screen turned up today and I am very happy with it. WOULD RECOMMEND THIS SELLER
