Really sad to have to leave bad feedback. I was horrified to see the condition of the item sent. Although the photographs showed the coin and card without the plastic protection, the description said 'pack' - indicating the item was in its polythene sleeve. The coin card arrived upside down in a shabby protective sleeve which was split at the bottom and torn across the middle. Not an item you could put into a collection! Very disappointed, considering the money I paid in good faith.
