    Wonderful clarity in these two translations

    I have been and continue to be a King James Bible reader - though I have kept several other translations to also read. I have also kept a version of the Amplified Bible close at hand for daily reading for many years and was just going to replace my well worn paperback and saw this parallel Bible. I have not read the NASB version for some time and never owned a copy so decided to order this. I am finding this NASB translation is very clear and concise and as I need to see a bit clearer the Amplified then brings the nuances of the Hebrew and Greek text into focus as needed. I believe that the Word of God is understood by the Spirit of God so do not suggest that any Bible be read just for "information about" God since that which is written is written by the Holy Spirit who used men to record ...

    This is a truly awesome Bible! These two translations are very Good translations!!! In my opinion nothing can compare to these two translations except the Greek and Hebrew text itself in my opinion. They are very safe translations. They are not influenced or infected by cultural Relativism !!!.

    Concise and easy to read

    These two versions are excellent, concise and easy to read. I have always loved the New American Standard Bible, and so with the Amplified to read the same verses with, brings new life to the Scriptures.

    Accurate and Clear

    The NASB next to the AMP; what more could one ask for? The NASB is one of the most accurate literal translations. The AMP is expounds on the Hebrew and Greek to get full meaning. A wonderful combination, plus bigger print and not as bulky as 4 version parallel Bibles.
