The ornament is beautiful, exactly as described. The seller was great! She packaged the item well and shipped it quickly. However, during packaging she noticed it had a small, repaired damage, so she emailed me to explain that she had shipped the item but had also refunded my money. I might never have noticed the damage, but she demonstrated her integrity by her action. I will certainly buy from her again.

I couldn’t be more pleased with this purchase. I had purchased the very same item from a different seller within the past year, and it came totally smashed, unusable, and had to be returned because of very poor packaging.
This was the opposite. I left a message for the seller to wrap the item carefully and they more than did so. It arrived on time and in perfect condition.
This is the kind of service we all wish for but seldom receive. The seller is great.
