Received my Heater Switch "Broken", definitely "Not as Described" wrote the seller and explained the situation and that the Item "Was Not Broke Due To Shipping" Part broken off was NOT in well-sealed and completely taped up package. He wrote back calling me CHIEF (If he only knew) calling me a Liar basically and saying I could return it. I replied if you refund my purchase price, my shipping and the Exact "Shipping Costs" that he charged me in the first place! I guess that was too much $ to ask.

Recieved return shipping label & promptly returned the item for full refund. Seller was quite nice & we exchanged pleasantries. He stated he had 2 switches & packed wrong one by mistake, completely understandable as the switch I received, a 6 volt, not 12 volt as described in listing which I stated in the initial reply. I hope that he runs business a little more respectable in the future. I am convinced after we talked several times that he will. A bad day perhaps. We all have them - Respect!
