This item was very poorly described in a misleading way. If an item looks like leather but is plastic it should be described as such. Could be seller didn't realise in which case that is the explanation, not only that they had omitted it. The seller doesn't leave feedback even when immediate payment is made, and you can't do much more as a buyer. Seller also enjoys having the last word, sending unnecessary messages, despite it being clear that one message had simply crossed due to timing.
Follow-up from: t***a- Feedback followed up on by buyer.- Feedback followed up on by buyer.
This seller, explained the situation fully after they had had time to review the matter fully. They are new to Ebay, and it seems they had made a genuine mistake. An oversight. I REGRET LEAVING THE NEGATIVE FEEDBACK AND WOULD CHANGE IT IF I COULD. Since the seller has made every effort to make this situation right and has taken time to look at the listing process and to learn the ropes so to speak. I have every confidence that they will become a valued member of the community.
