AVOID! Fake item , not genuine. Rude seller…agreed for return but was refusing pay for the postage cost…had to get eBay team involved…
Item arrived without proper packaging or instructions. When searched on Google this item was only found on eBay , nowhere else. This mask is not produced by Dior. So please be careful before buying. Do your research first 🙌

BEWARE - HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE - after paying over $24 US dollars for shipping, seller demanded an additional more than $20 US dollars to ship items or they would cancel the order. they even requested I email them to make arrangements outside of ebay which is violation of ebay policy. had to get ebay involved to get my money back - very disappointing

I've tried to solve our situation caused by automatic mistake in listing,postage to US shouldn't be there at all .Perfume cannot be shipped to US by ,,normal,, courier. and you have opened ebay case before resolving prblem with me,I would refund you as soon as you've asked for it..Really ungrateful person you are.

you "trying to solve" the situation was by giving me your direct email & asking me to email you to "work something out" by me paying more for shipping than the auction agreed to! perfume CAN absolutely be sent by normal mail courier - it just has to be listed as "liquid" and packaged properly! seller just wanted additional money AFTER the sale! terribly unethical!
