SO I bought this bag on an offer, so pulling that exact amount together was VERY hard 4me to do. The seller shipped quick, sure, but I got an email telling me DSL will ship the bag back overseas if I don’t pay $160. She told me she needed me to do this “to protect her.” EBAY DOES THAT.so I paid it, & I’ve used the bag like 4 times. It’s completely defective, gray end parts color transferring on my clothes & hands CONSTANTLY. Dimples on top from reaching In. NOW I’m out $2k - it’s garbage ATP.

Just seeing this - the onus of the Buyer being international, and subject to your country's import taxes, is out of my control. I shipped the item insured and listed to the full value, as I am required to do so by law. The bag was brand new authentic Prada, I would challenge the legitimacy of the Buyer's claims regarding defects... please provide evidence etc to suit.
