Item not packaged correctly, sent perfume in a plastic envelope with no internal packing. Box arrived damaged, contacted seller to advise I'm unhappy as it's ment to be a Christmas gift. Seller argued back constantly, really not nice or helpful in any way.

Item not received and as seller did not respond I was forced to involve eBay. Since then seller has, for some reason, decided to communicate, bombarding me with ridiculous unprofessional remarks and lame excuses. Hopefully seller will now focus on improving their poor service and not so great feedback, leaving this kind of behaviour in the school yard!
