I brought a GHD hair straightener from this seller. They advertise it as a GHD straightener not a copy. I received it and found that it was faulty. I spoke with the seller and they continued to ask for videos and more proof that the item was faulty. I think to stall for time. I checked for the serial number on the GHD website and found that it is a fake GHD. The seller admitted to this. The item is faulty and it’s fake advertising. Seller said they would revise listing. They haven’t. Scammers
