Postage was supposed to be included, I received a card from Royal Mail saying I needed to pay £3.50 as the seller had underpaid the postage. I contacted the seller and explained, was told they had paid the postage ! ( the seller only paid postage for a large letter ?) .... I ordered a Hat ! I explained that I was not happy about paying the additional £3.50, the reply was...."sorry for that" , I sent photographic evidence. I wouldn't of bought the hat if I'd known I'd have to pay postage !
