Took a little longer than expected to arrive but probably due to Evri being involved. Well packaged and looks to be exactly as described. I haven’t actually used it yet as it only arrived today. I have plugged it in and the power light lit up so believe it to be working.

Item they sent me was not the item I ordered. The item I actually ordered was even written on the package info on the customs form. So obviously, someone just packaged the wrong item. I wrote to them, with pictures! and explained the situation. I had to go back and forth with them SEVERAL times before I finally threatened a bad rating and to go to Ebay for my refund--they finally issued a refund. I shouldn't have to write multiple emails to get a mistake fixed! Never shopping this vendor again.
