The item was described as new but it came in an opened box and the potty which is white was very dirty. I had to soak it in hot water / bleach to get it clean. The box was not large so if the seller had maybe kept it in a bag it would not have got so dirty and would have appeared new. The box contained everything listed and was a good price, it's just annoying to buy something new and immediately need to clean it.

As someone in their 60’s I am still suffering. I was taken off HRT and was looking for something to help with the hot sweats and this product is certainly helping so give it a try I will be re-ordering.
