Verified purchase

Seller tried to charge a cancellation fee of £5 despite not having dispatched the item. I explained that this was against eBay’s policy, and I was trying to save them both the dispatch and refund postage (the item description was incorrect) but they accused me of “blackmailing them”. Despite eBay having to step in (and suggest that I report the seller), the seller continued to dispatch the item to “waste my time” having to return the item. Very vindictive seller with no idea how to do business.
