The product itself looked excellent but when delivered it was pushed through our letter box, even though the porch door was open. This or damage during transport broke the acrylic stand in two along the ridge between the two sides, so it was useless. The item was not packed properly it should have been in a box with some packing support and the box marked FRAGILE, Do Not Bend. Instead it was in a flimsy plastic bag with some soft packing and no warnings on the outside.

Was astonished when this spoon arrived through my letter box. It was half the size of what I was expecting, (see photo.).On inspection the ad on eBay was very vague, but similar other spoons advertised on the same page at the same price, did quote a length of 28cm, which was what I had expected. I fail to see how this spoon can be described as a long handle cooking spoon. I will have to be more careful in future regarding product description and order again from another supplier.
