Cons - very slow communication which tends to be generic and promises much but delivers little, heavy book was sent in a jiffy bag and arrived damaged, had to get Ebay involved to action the promised partial refund. Summary - 'pile it high and sell it cheap' organisation which is unable to provide efficient customer service and makes the mistake of not packaging books correctly. Will not buy from them again.

    My son and daughter in law bought me one for Christmas and said if I felt it was too emotional not to bother, I had already thought of writing personal letters to both my grandchildren after seeing tbe same on face book. Since then I have bought another for my grandaughter. I began writing today and wish this was an A4 book. Writing brings back such wonderful memories. I hope they both enjoy it but they are not to be opened for7 years for my grandaughter andnot for 16 and a half years for my grandson. Just hope I am here to see their reactions. Wish me luck I am 65.

    Lovely idea

    I love this book. I just hope Grandma does too as she has most of the work to do. The book has a question on each page and a blank space for Grandma to write the answer. We are looking forward to receiving it back with all the info about Grandma’s life!
