The item in the picture was clearly not the same colour as the one I received. The seller was extremely unhelpful, taking no responsibility whatsoever, in fact merely defensive about it, saying he had taken the picture himself, and for me to check which palette it was. Sorry but I have eyes and can tell the difference between pink and brown. No apology, just asked if I wanted a returns label, terrible customer service. I have kept the item as so close to christmas, never buying from him again
