The item I ordered arrived on time and actually came sooner than I expected. That was a nice surprise. The item appeared to be in very good condition and matched the eBay description and photo. However, when I turned it over I noticed that there was a critical - but not so obvious flaw that could have been easily missed. When the buyer was notified that the item was defective, they quickly responded and immediately initated a refund. You can't get better service than that!
