Areas of paint rubbed off. High shipping cost and poorly packed-I sensed it would be damaged before opened-I was right. Missing part not mentioned in ad. Two different delivery dates but did get it by second one. This seller does NOT accept returns-of course not. Sometimes one must accept they have been conned and move on-this was one of those times. Gave to Goodwill, maybe someone with repair/paint skills will see it and enjoy!
I have purchased 6 of these Dept 56-this is my only disappointment
