Excellent Radio
This is a great reliable solar and wind-up powered device BUT NOTE - you have to open the back panel and connect the battery when you first get it. It does say to do this but it took me a while to get it. It is small but picks up FM channels easily despite me living in a radio shadow zone. I even get some MW and SW2 stations. The sound quality is excellent. It sits on a window sill not in direct sunlight and is used about 40 minutes a day without any need to 'wind-up charge' the battery. This is a great replacement for my battery powered radio which came from the 80s. Very pleased
I love this radio. Amazingly reception in my flat is great even though my mobile doesn't work here without wifi and a digital radio struggles. It's great being able to take it around the house with me so I don't have to miss any of my radio programme. Of course the sound is a bit tinny but bearable. I look forward to taking it out on walks and I'm all set in case of power cuts.
